EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Exchanges or refunds are not available at
www.monstargroup.com.  

At MONSTAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Before departure, our products are under 100% quality assurance process. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.   

However, in the event you receive any damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours via  support@monstargroup.com. Any return request that is not made within these 48 hours period will not be accepted. Order number and the reason for return must be stated clearly.  

For refund and exchange, please follow the policies which list below:  

  • If you receive an item which have a quality issue, please inform us within 3 days. After 3 days, we do not accept any exchange or refund. 
  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our “DO NOT REMOVE” hangtag. 
  • We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 
  • We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots. All rights reserved for legal action. 
  • Item must be in its original condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set, or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole.  
  • Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with our purchases for a full refund if gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund. 
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable. 
  • No refund would be arranged at MONSTAR, except the postage fee for items return, or in case product replacement is no longer available.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. 
  • All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. 
  • All legal rights granted to consumers under applicable law are not affected by MONSTAR’s return and exchange policy above. 
  • MONSTAR reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
